HAWI PERFORMANCEMassage therapyEvery strong return begins with a turning point.
HAWI Performance takes its name from Hāwī, a small town on the green northern tip of the Island of Hawaiʻi and one of endurance sport’s most recognizable turning points.

The road to Hāwī changes direction.
On the legendary Kona IRONMAN bike course, athletes ride north through exposed lava fields, heat, climbing, and famously strong crosswinds before reaching the turnaround at Hāwī. The Hawaiʻi 70.3 course follows that same storied direction toward Hāwī and back.
The turnaround is not the finish. It is the moment the course changes, the athlete resets, and the journey continues with a new direction. That idea became the foundation of HAWI Performance.
I know what it means to ask a lot of your body.
I have spent years training for and competing in endurance events. Along the way, I have completed around fifteen half-distance triathlons, two marathons, Olympic-distance triathlons, open-water swims, cycling events, and running races.
I know how it feels to push through a tough training block, deal with tired legs, and try to recover in time for the next session. That experience is a big part of why I chose massage therapy. I want to help people feel better, move better, and keep doing the things they love.
